Cancellation Policy

DNET allows customers to request cancellation of services under the following terms.

New Connection Cancellation
Customers may cancel their broadband request before installation.
* If the connection is not yet installed, cancellation can be processed without additional charges.
* If installation has started, applicable installation charges may apply.


Existing Connection Cancellation
For active broadband connections:
* Customers may request cancellation at any time by contacting customer support.
* The current billing cycle charges will remain payable.
* No refund will be issued for unused service periods.


Equipment Return
If DNET-provided equipment (router, ONU, modem, etc.) is to be returned:
* The customer must return the equipment during the cancellation process.
* Unreturned or damaged equipment may attract charges.
